Yes. Certain premium hat styles have minimum order quantities before checkout. If a style has a minimum, we’ll show it clearly in the builder, and colors can be mixed to reach that total.

Yes. You can mix available hat colors within the same style, and those quantities count toward minimums and bulk discounts.

We offer premium Flat Embroidery, 3D Puff, and High-Definition Heat Transfers.

3D Puff is available for the Front logo only. Sides use flat embroidery.

PNG, PDF, EPS, and SVG files are best. A transparent background is recommended, but we can clean up most artwork before production.

Yes. We digitally clean up your artwork so only the design is stitched or printed on the hat.

Yes. You can select thread colors in the builder, or leave notes if you want us to match the colors in your logo.

After your order, we'll email a digital proof within 24 business hours. Production begins once you approve.
