HatKings.com (referred to as “HatKings”) operates this website and the HatKings and Custom Shirts mobile apps, together with their shopping, customization, ordering and support services (the “Services”). This policy covers browsing, creating designs, uploading artwork, placing orders and contacting us. We ship products only within the United States; visitors and service providers may be located elsewhere. HatKings is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Customization information includes the logos, photos, artwork and text you choose to submit; file names; production instructions; products, colors, sizes and quantities; artwork placement details; and previews or proofs generated from your design. Artwork may contain personal information. Submit only material you are authorized to provide and avoid sensitive information not needed for your order.
When you select a photo or file in an app, the app receives the item you choose through the device photo or file picker. Local preferences and cart information may also be stored on your device. Selecting a file locally and uploading it are separate steps. Files submitted to our services may remain on our systems even if you do not complete a purchase.

We use artwork and customization details to prepare previews and proofs, review production suitability, fulfill orders, provide support and resolve order issues. Shopify supports our catalog, checkout and order administration. Cloudflare provides infrastructure and storage for uploaded artwork and generated files. Relevant files and order details may be shared with providers involved in artwork preparation, production and fulfillment. Artwork submitted for production is separate from public reviews and suggestions; submission alone does not grant permission for unrelated advertising.
Payment details are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. Uploaded artwork and proofs may be accessible through direct file links used for previews and fulfillment. Treat those links as shareable access to the file and avoid submitting confidential or sensitive content not needed for production.
Our website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies, including tools from Shopify, Google and Meta, for functionality, measurement and advertising. Files submitted without a completed purchase may also be retained. We do not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Removing a cart item or uninstalling an app does not by itself delete files already uploaded to our systems.

We may verify your identity and retain information where permitted or required by law. Copies may remain in backups or caches until those copies expire or are removed under applicable processes. To stop submitting artwork, stop uploads or change available device permissions; this does not automatically erase prior submissions.
