Can I order just one custom hat?

Yes. Many styles can be ordered with no minimum. If a specific hat style requires a minimum, the builder will show that before checkout.

Do some hat styles require a minimum order?

Yes. Certain premium hat styles have minimum order quantities before checkout. If a style has a minimum, we’ll show it clearly in the builder, and colors can be mixed to reach that total.

Can I mix hat colors in one order?

Yes. You can mix available hat colors within the same style, and those quantities count toward minimums and bulk discounts.

Which decoration method should I choose?

We offer premium Flat Embroidery, 3D Puff, and High-Definition Heat Transfers. ⓘ View Design Guide

Can I do 3D Puff on the side panels?

3D Puff is available for the Front logo only. Sides use flat embroidery.

What file type should I upload?

PNG, PDF, EPS, and SVG files are best. A transparent background is recommended, but upload what you have. Our team can clean up most artwork before production.

Can you clean up my logo?

Yes. Upload the best version you have, and we can remove backgrounds, sharpen rough artwork, and prep the design so it is ready to stitch or print.

Can I choose my thread colors?

Yes. You can select thread colors in the builder, or leave notes if you want us to match the colors in your logo.

How does the proof approval process work?

After your order, we'll email a digital proof within 24 business hours. Production begins once you approve.

What is standard turnaround time?

5–8 business days plus shipping time.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Bulk discounts start at 6 hats, and free shipping starts at 12 hats. The more you order, the more you save.

Can I return custom hats?

Because these are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a production defect.
